2. Booking Confirmation Policy

A booking shall only be treated as confirmed when:

  • official confirmation is issued by Incuvira Holidays.

Quotes, itineraries, package details, discussions, or tentative confirmations shall not constitute a binding booking unless expressly confirmed in writing.

any booking request without liability where reasonably necessary.

3. Pricing & Fare Conditions

All prices are dynamic and subject to:

  • route conditions,

  • weather conditions.

Prices may change at any time before final confirmation.

Unless explicitly stated in writing, prices generally exclude:

  • adventure activities,

  • meals,

  • toll taxes,

  • parking charges,

  • state taxes,

  • permits,

  • insurance,

  • extra sightseeing,

  • waiting charges,

  • additional travel requests.

Travelers are solely responsible for reviewing all inclusions and exclusions before booking.

4. Payment Terms

Travelers may be required to pay:

  • partial payments,

  • milestone payments,

  • full payment before departure.

Failure to complete payments within required timelines may result in:

  • booking cancellation,

  • release of blocked inventory,

  • cancellation charges,

  • currency conversion losses,

  • third-party payment failures.

5. Cancellation by Traveler

All cancellation requests must be submitted through official communication channels including:

  • registered contact numbers.

Cancellation requests are considered effective only after written acknowledgment from Incuvira Holidays.

6. Cancellation Charges

Cancellation charges may apply immediately after booking confirmation.

Applicable deductions may include but are not limited to:

Incuvira Holidays reserves the unrestricted right to determine applicable cancellation charges based on operational impact and supplier deductions.

7. Non-Refundable Bookings

The following bookings may be fully or partially non-refundable:

  • long weekend travel,

  • special promotional offers,

  • discounted packages,

  • last-minute reservations,

  • blocked inventory bookings,

  • group departures,

  • event-based travel,

8. Cab & Transportation Cancellation Terms

For transportation services:

  • traffic-free routes,

  • weather-free travel,

  • specific vehicle models.

Additional costs arising from:

  • route changes,

  • extra waiting,

  • sightseeing additions,

  • extended travel,

  • night driving,

  • permits,

  • tolls,

  • parking

shall be payable by travelers.

9. Hotel Cancellation Terms

Hotel cancellation policies vary based on:

  • hotel category,

  • destination,

  • booking season,

  • supplier rules.

Some accommodations may impose:

  • full retention,

  • partial retention,

  • non-refundable conditions.

Incuvira Holidays acts solely as a booking facilitator and shall not be liable for:

  • hotel cancellation disputes,

  • room quality dissatisfaction,

  • hotel operational failures,

  • supplier policy enforcement.

10. Rescheduling & Modifications

Travel date changes, itinerary modifications, or rescheduling requests are subject to:

  • operational feasibility,

  • supplier approval,

  • availability,

  • revised pricing.

Rescheduling may involve:

  • price differences,

  • vendor penalties,

  • rebooking costs,

  • operational charges.

No guarantee is provided regarding successful rescheduling.


11. No Refund Circumstances

No refunds, credits, or compensation shall be provided for:

  • unused services,

  • missed sightseeing,

  • late arrivals,

  • missed pickups,

  • no-shows,

  • voluntary trip interruptions,

  • early departures,

  • dissatisfaction due to weather,

  • traffic conditions,

  • road closures,

  • personal preferences,

  • health-related issues,

  • natural conditions,

  • operational delays beyond reasonable control.

12. Adventure Activities Disclaimer

Adventure and outdoor activities including:

  • paragliding,

  • river rafting,

  • trekking,

  • skiing,

  • ATV rides,

  • camping,

  • ziplining,

  • rope activities

are operated entirely by independent third-party operators.

Participation is voluntary and entirely at the traveler’s own risk.

Incuvira Holidays shall bear absolutely no liability for:

  • accidents,

  • injuries,

  • medical emergencies,

  • death,

  • operator negligence,

  • weather disruptions,

  • equipment failures,

  • cancellations.

Travelers are strongly advised to obtain personal travel and medical insurance before participating in such activities.

13. Force Majeure

Incuvira Holidays shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, losses, injuries, disruptions, or operational failures caused directly or indirectly by:

  • natural disasters,

  • landslides,

  • snowfall,

  • floods,

  • earthquakes,

  • pandemics,

  • political unrest,

  • strikes,

  • riots,

  • government restrictions,

  • weather conditions,

  • road blockages,

  • transportation shutdowns,

  • internet failures,

  • supplier disruptions,

  • unforeseen circumstances beyond operational control.

Under such situations:

  • refunds may not be possible,

  • itineraries may change,

  • additional traveler expenses may arise.

Travelers shall bear all such additional expenses where applicable.

14. Third-Party Service Disclaimer

Incuvira Holidays coordinates with third-party:

  • hotels,

  • transport operators,

  • activity providers,

  • vendors,

  • local suppliers,

  • booking systems.

We do not own or directly control these third-party services.

Accordingly, Incuvira Holidays shall not be liable for:

  • supplier failures,

  • service interruptions,

  • pricing changes,

  • negligence,

  • injuries,

  • disputes,

  • cancellations,

  • dissatisfaction caused by third-party providers.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law:

Incuvira Holidays, including its:

  • directors,

  • employees,

  • affiliates,

  • agents,

  • representatives,

  • vendors,

  • travel partners

shall not be liable for:

  • indirect damages,

  • incidental damages,

Under no circumstances shall Incuvira Holidays be liable for:

  • legal expenses beyond mandatory statutory obligations.

16. Traveler Responsibility

Travelers are solely responsible for:

  • reviewing all package details,

  • verifying inclusions/exclusions,

  • carrying valid identification,

  • maintaining punctuality,

  • monitoring personal belongings,

  • ensuring medical fitness for travel,

  • complying with local regulations.

Failure to review booking conditions shall not create liability for Incuvira Holidays.

17. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks, payment disputes, or false transaction claims may result in:

  • booking cancellation,

  • legal recovery action,

  • recovery of operational losses,

  • additional administrative charges.

Incuvira Holidays reserves all legal rights regarding fraudulent payment disputes.
