  • Staff behavior

9. Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers are solely responsible for:

  • Operator conduct

  • Weather suitability

  • Equipment quality

  • Activity availability

Incuvira Holidays shall bear absolutely no liability for:

  • Injuries

  • Accidents

  • Death

  • Property loss

  • Medical emergencies

  • Activity cancellations

  • Third-party negligence

Travelers are advised to obtain personal travel and medical insurance before participating in any activity.

11. Force Majeure

Incuvira Holidays shall not be held liable for any delay, cancellation, disruption, injury, loss, or operational failure caused directly or indirectly by events beyond reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Floods

  • Snowfall

  • Landslides

  • Earthquakes

  • Pandemics

  • Government restrictions

  • Political unrest

  • Strikes

Under such circumstances:

is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, copying, resale, distribution, or misuse is strictly prohibited.

13. Third-Party Services Disclaimer

Incuvira Holidays may coordinate services involving:

  • hotels,

  • transport providers,

  • activity operators,

  • booking platforms,

  • local vendors.

We do not own or directly control such third-party services.

Accordingly, Incuvira Holidays shall not be liable for:

14. Limitation of Liability

15. Indemnification

Travelers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Incuvira Holidays from any:

  • traveler negligence,

  • misconduct,

related to:

  • operational updates.
